I feel Airtel has the worst customer service. I am from bangalore and i have a prepaid connection. The validity of the card is till 25 jan and i receive calls on it. But i am unable to make any outgoing calls. I approached an Airtel office regarding this issue but they had no clue of what the problem was and the response from them was "System error", that too their response was not proper and they never seem to be customer friendly. I have never experienced such a bitter experience. I hate these mentally retarded idiots, who doesn't even know how to treat a customer and they say they are customer care executives. They don't even know a sh8t of what "customer care" means.
