My mobile number is 9791127728. I had requested for the activation of 2 GB GPRS using *567# on 30-12 around 12:15 AM. My balance was deducted by Rs 98 at that time only, but i didn't got 2 GB GPRS balance till now. whenever i checks my GPRS balance using *123*10# it is shows "You have 0.00 MB left in your account. Valid upto 28Jan11".
For this i had complained to customer care on 30-12 around 12:30 AM, they told that my problem will be resolved within 48 hours. After 48 hours whenever i calls them they says you will be get 2 GB balance within 24 hours, but not help till now.
I am a student so i need to access internet frequently on move, so please activate my 2 GB GPRS as soon as possible.
