I have an Airtel Prepaid sim which am using currently. but for past one week my outgoing calls and messages are being suspended for non submission of proof whereas i had already submitted it wen i got the connection. this is done without any notification.
And i was not able to contact any of the customer care representative. The 121 toll free number doesn't reach to the customer care representative and 198 toll free number doesnt go from my number since outgoing is blocked.
I again submitted the proof in nearest Airtel outlet and they said they will solve the problem within 48hrs. But am sure that this problem wont be solved even within 48hrs because they dint here the problem which i was about to explain them. when i went to the office they asked me to fill the new airtel form and submit it along with photo and proof.
