Airtel Prepaid Number
Disconnection of number without notification and selling this to another person for money

Dear Sir/Madam

I refer to the prepaid number which my Family had for more than 11 years. telephone number 0-9815353007- and this being a easy to remember number has been taken away from us without any notification and has been disconnected by airtel. I have visited airtel customer relationship centre. made numerous phone calls and they said they have no idea why this number has been stopped. and now recently I have been told by the local relationship centre that this has been in the market for any new customer may be because this number should be the one which should be given to someone with VIP personality.

This is ridiculous and customer has no right to do anything and the mobile companies like AIRTEL are doing what they want to do whenever they want to do and customer has got no right to know or do anything.

I am really sad and disappointed with this.
