I beg to say that my self SUMAN KUMAR DANSENA, I have a connection of airtel prepaid and its number is 7389824499, in this number a value added service (video vouges) is activated, its charge me 5 rupees per day. I had complaint at 19/01, to customer care service to stop this service, they told it will stop in 20/01, i had a conformation call by airtel they said your sevice is stoped. But next day airter chrges continued. Several time i complaint to airtel for stop this, they said it will stoped and ur blance is refund. But they dont do this. They always give me a date and dont stop that. I have charg 5 rupees par day. Now i tried the customer care service but the didn't response.
