Newly activated SIM Card- Calls are barred

Hi,

I bought new Airtel SIM card No: 09731981569 from Maxtel Telecom Dasarahalli, all the Incoming and outgoing calls have been barred after 3 days because of address miss match, I had provided the all the address proofs documents but the mistake done is done by Airtel (Maxtel telecom Dasarahalli) Mobile Service Providers while uploading the address Data.

I have submitted the address proof details second time but still the calls have been barred, And also no body is responding and giving proper information from Airtel customer care or Maxtel Mobile Service provider.
