Hello sir,

i had purchased airtel prepaid sim card 9600046240 on 11th june i had given my id proof and photo sim activated on next but on 22 june service gets deactivated without any intimation once called 198 customer care they told that deactivation due id proof and address mismatch they gave me some address in which given, and they told me to ask the sim dealer, i asked dealer about that he told me there chance of mistake with distributor or ils something, i dont know where my photo and id proof went . still i dont know to should i ask?
