Dear Sir,
I am a existing customer of Aitel for last 5yrs with a post paid mobile number (9890142876). Last month I wanted to convert my Postpaid number into a prepaid on date 09/04. For the same I had submitted all the desired documents at the Airtel outlet near to my house (Twice at AEO-Sanghvi and Once at ARC-Aundh). But rather than getting a solution I did receive a mail that my number has been permanently deactivated & have been marked to provide any other customer.
So may I here to raise a concern, how come this number can be deactivate for me though I am a existing customer for this number for last 5 years and I need to keep this further.
I request you please take this concern as priority and provide me the resolution as soon as possible.
