Dear Manager,
I kindly inform you that I am a postpaid Airtel Customer, phone number 0091-9998772200. My complaint is that I am receiving several SMS per day from TA-55555. When I talked with one of the Airtel Customer Representative about it, first he asked me what are the contents of the message and I said its not readable, I mean its something like HA5AAA T6AISSS... and go on, give no meaning; then after checking from his side he said from our side (AIRTEL) there is no problem, it looks some other company is sending you, try to solve by talking to the company. Now, apart from 55555 there is no sender's id or 10 digit number. Hence, even I am unable to solve it. This has become a nuisance. I kindly request you to help me to come out of this problem and hence guide me. Thank you for the same.
