We asked airtel to give a land line cum broadband connection and i told my requirement that few months or days, i will be using the line the remaining days i want them to put me either in safe custody or minimum plan when i am not using. They agreed and installed and i gave lot of notice via customer care, emails to put me either in safe custody or minimum plan or else terminate my line since a particular date. They or not doing anything and continuing to send me bills even though we are not at home.
