Airtel Account discrepency Sir,
i use a airtel prepaid no 9789595022, . .today 15.05.2011 i am top up Rs 250 first via SBI mobile banking service, then i check the balance by *123# it shown only 1 rupee in my main balance . I am too confused try another time top up same again 250 this time get 2 rupees talk time only .all of a sudden i got a message from airtel that i have no balance in my account.i contacted their customer care, and found out that the money is being added to my special account and my main account dosent have any balance.i dont know how much is charged for the call as when ever i talk i got a message that my account has a balance of 0 rupees, even my special balance have 500 rs . still i cant make any outgoing calls as my main account is very low and in a negative balance. all i have to ask airtel is, why you people want to cheat customers by saying a main account, a special account, even tough i have money as balance i cant make a call. is this called service?
