Since last some days i got a massege if using net services by recharge of 98 rs.
i have recharged my mobile no.but i m unable to access net services till now after 4 days.when i try to connect some ammount is cut from my balance.
and that to you have closed your mannual coustemer care services.
should i have to complaint in trai or consumer forum?
