Echarging of 555 rs

Hallo,

i recharged for rs 555 on airtel.i reacharged it just for calling std.it will get one month validity. but after few days the validity date reduces to 1 week. i called customer care about it.

each time i call, they said some regular words that they studied during traning...

1) call after 11 hours

2) call afetr 24 hours

3) will forward to senior department

4) call after 4 hours.

5) updation is going

i called for 30 times in one week.

some times they cut the phone.

sometimes they don't answered.

i got almost ruined.

i have to call outside state, but they airtel ruined my job and my life.

now i am hating my favorites, ar rahman, sachin, sharuk.

why airtel is doing like these.

i lost almost 600 rs.

is that rs is not valuable.
