Suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt. Ltd. - has taken Rs. 10, 000/- from us on date 16/07 as per their Receipt No.: 41618, cash collected by their Agent at Nagpur Mr. Vishal Anand for IRCTC Railway Booking, AIR Ticket Booking, Hotel Booking, Bus Ticket Booking, Mobile Recharge, etc. - Our Franchisee Code is 41774. But all of sudden from about 3 months they have blocked their IRCTC Services. Mainly money has been taken out for the services of IRCTC, so if they can not provide that services to us, they should refund our money. We complained abou this to them many times, but they are not giving us any reply. It is totally fraud by them.
