We (15 people) booked our trip from Delhi to Manali through Bharat Booking during May'12.
They promised us to take Manali through Chandigarh route by Tempo traveller. But they have taken us through Kalka route which is very worst and damaged road due to save of 80 kms and toll fee. Our senior citizens and children are severely affected by health. All they got vomiting and fever. Finally we reached Manali by 8 hours delay. The affected were taken treatment at Wellingdon hospital at Manali. Because of that one day programme got canceled. They did not adjust. While returning they dropped at Chandigarh in midnight instead of dropping at Delhi.
Bharat Booking are great cheaters. They are frauds. Please do not choose Bharat booking .com. Their service is very poor.
