we had booked 3 star rooms in Gem Tours which is at hughes road (mumbai) for switzerland, paris & nice (france) since we had gone for honeymoon from 29th july to 10th august. but they cheated on us.. they didnt give us 3 star rooms in switzerland & nice.they took almost 2 times more money from us. & in switzerland the hotel name: grand swiss hotel in obwalden, on the day 1, the hotel manager came inside our room when we were resting & having our own privacy time, but the manager came with his keys, which is totally wrong, no employee is allowed to enter guests rooms. our money was robbed by hotel management team from our room on 5th July., we filed police complaint, but nothing was found, how can money be robbed from rooms. just the way, manager came inside the room on day 1, same way they might enter in our absense & robbed all our money which was kept in the room. & also when we went to nice, they gave us hotel very cheap they charged us 170 euros per person x 2 = 340 euros. with transfers, & the actual room rates were : 110 euros when we saw there. such a big difference. they said transfer included, but nobody came to pick up up & when we about to reach nice. they are emailing me to hire a cab. which is total fraud.by gem. please put our complaint to consumer court. the boss of the company (gem travels) not ready to meet us..
