Non-receipt of Refund

Hi,

I got a club mahindra membership and was told by one Mr. Joy from the Andheri office that I would get the full refund of my amount INR 15, 564 should I cancel my membership within a stipulated period. He also mentioned that I will receive the full refund and that this will be done in 45 working days. I raised the cancellation request in February 1st week (i don't even remember, it was that long!) and am yet to receive the check.

Whenever i called their offices, they would say that they would get back to me in 2 working days. I am putting on record that I got this response 8 times both from the infamous "Joy" and their hapless customer care executives.

20 days back I had called them again and was told that my check would be disbursed by 10 May through Blue DART courier. I gave it a try and called them today (14 May), and the response i get is that your membership was cancelled just yesterday and you will receive the check in the next 10 days (atmost). I have waited for nearly double the stipulated time and hence am giving it a final try. Hope i get my refund back.

My membership number was 1708701.
