I had booked a 8 days family tour with Dhaval tours for Himachal Pradesh. But unfortunately we had bad experience in every hotel that we checked in. The bookings were never confirmed and hence treatment of hotel to us was not atall good. We had made full payment in advance and even then didn't enjoyed good service only because the hotel had not got confirmation from Dhaval tours on our booking. Due to such issues we even had to checkout from one hotel even when we had 4 days package with the 3 star hotel. My child was not keeping well due to extreme cold but still we were asked to checkout and move to another hotel for one night. Also, the hotel that we checked in wasn't of 3 star category and very far from main area. The whole issue was that hotel was totally booked for that day and they had informed the same to Dhaval tours but this information was not passed to us. Eventually every day we were contacting Dhaval tours including it's owner Mr. Dhaval but we never got satisfactory response nor any viable solution.

We also learnt that Dhaval tours did not had good relations with Hotels.

We would never recommend any one to travel with Dhaval Tours.
