Not Giving Back money

On 20/3, i Booked the Honeymoon Package (FIT-06) from DHAVAL TOURS (Thane Branch), paid 25, 000 in advance, departure date 21/05. But, on 20/05 they told me that my train tickets are not confirmed and my tour got cancelled. Now, they are not refunding back my money.
