D.Paul's is one of the most unprofessional and mismanaged tour operator I know. It works like a sarkari company of 1970's and most of its in-house departments like sales, accounts, post-sales, delivery etc don't communicate amongst themselves. People at D.Paul's surely know how to mistreat and hassle their customers by not picking up the phone/replying to their messages/mails. On a friend's advice, I booked a honeymoon package for Mauritius (dpt no.32228) and remitted the whole amount through online payment in time. But 2 days to go, and I am still waiting for my tickets. On top of that, no communication from D.Paul's. I have been following up endless times for my tickets. These guys have soured my mood and it was a big mistake choosing D.Paul's for a honeymoon package. It was one of the most harrowing experience-a nightmare seriously. D.Paul's, you suck bigtime. :(
