My wife and other relatives experienced bad travels service of Eagle Travels Service. I also sent mail regarding service but till date there is no answer. With reference to above cited subject, i booked 03 tickedts from
Rajkot to Baroda for my wife Pina chudasama and other ladies member.
As i booked online ticket from Rajkot to Baroda but driver dropped at
Chhani which is far away from regular stop of baroda at Pandya Bridge
or Chhani Jakat Naka. As per my driver is agreed to dropped them at
Chhani Jakat Naka but Any person in Rajkot Office told him to dropped
them at Chhani.
If u can not give good service then why r u book ticket online? if u
don't want to stop that bus in baroda then why r u making online
booking for that bus. In past i had also very bad experience in
journey in bus of eagle travels from Rajkot to Baroda. I also given
written complain regarding matter in section of feedback in your web
site but there is no response till date...
I also talked regarding matter in your rajkot office but he can not do
any answer. Is it good that in night time your travels driver dropping
ladies passenger at non regular stop / destination???
I am waiting for your early response with hope of improvement in your
(reputed???) travels services.
