Hello,
I cancelled my ticket of indigo airlines from mumbai to jaipur which was booked by easemytrip.Com.
I cancelled the tickets on 24 may but till now amount is not refunded.
As per them amount has been refunded to my account and they cannot do anything. I went to my bank as well but now amount has been credited.
They are not responding to my mail properly and keep on transferring my call from one person to other.
Please advise me what should I do.
They don't have office in pune where I can go and hold them.
If I travel to mumbai then it will cost me more!
