I had booked a holiday package from greatindiatravels.com on 30 April, paid them Rs.2999/-online. They promised to give me a 3 or 4 star propery at goa for sure. List of hotels mentioned in website. These people used to call me 20 times a day atleast when i was about to book my package. The day i made payment no one had ever called me, moreover the numbers they have given on their website are always busy and their customer care will say that" we'll call u back in few minute, however that never happens. I had even paid Rs 500 for confirmation of booking. I had planned my vacation on 27-30 may. After 20 days of struggle they send me an email in which they offerd me a accomodation in 2 star filthy hotel named Bella Rosa. Bookings were not given even for that hotel and this hotel is not mentioned in their website. Moreover the location for bella rosa is in Anjuna and we had requested for booking for a hotel in Candolim. Today is 22 Juiy and these people had not given me my money or accommodation. Kindly help me in getting my money back.
