Dis not provide taxi service drop to delhi airport while departing

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Sachindeo V Chavan from Bangalore.

I had visited delhi from 05 dec to 09 dec.

This is regarding my complaint on "INDIAN DREAM HOLIDAYS" at the below address:

From the above mentioned travel agent, I had booked hotel Sarkath Palace, Karol bagh, Delhi for 1 night on 8-dec and also paid for a taxi drop off from karol bagh to domestic airport on 09-dec at time 7am, 09dec.

My complaint is that the taxi did not come to pick me up on 09-dec at 7am. I waited till 7.35am and booked another taxi to domestic airport.

I tried calling the travel agent but no use.

I called the travel agent on 9th dec around 12 pm, Mr Ajay said he will refund Rs 500.00 to my bank account. I gave my bank account details to them but no use. Even today 05 Jan I have not received the money.

I called 4 times on separate dates to please refund the money, Mr Ajay says he will transfer but does not refund the money.

I really need you to please look the credibility of such cheaters and take action.
