MONEY DEDUCTED BUT TICKET NOT PROVIDED

My name is Prabhat Kumar Patnaik...

While booking the e ticket from irctc. The ticket is not booked but the total amount has been deducted from my sbi card account..amount of rs 1365 has been deducted from my account. I am not understanding why i am facing this situation.

Please help me... I expect positive results from you
