I've booked 6 Nos of sleeper class return journey railway E ticket from Puri to Tata-nagar by 8477 Up Utkal Express, scheduled to departure from Puri at 21.15hrs on 19/10. After reaching at Puri stn.we came to know that the Train cancelled on the display board before journey time and we consult with the Station Manager. We astinonished with the reply of the Stn. Manager that the said Train is cancelled more than one month ago. Now it is my question how irctc isuued that confirmed ticket, whether there is no communication between Railway Reservation system and Irctc, If yes then how it is possible to issue the ticket. Moreover when we tried to cancell the E ticket it shows that Chart is prepared so no cancellation. Then I contct with [email protected] and filed a TDR for refund of ticket value. But sorry to say that in lieu of 5 times reminder till today I got no refund or intimation from Irctc.
So please take action against this neglegency and harrasment that I can return the ticket price which I have purchased from my SBI A/c.
