As already so many complaints on the same issue mentioned in the web, i am also one of the sufferer for nonful fillment of their committments from BIG CITY & ITBC Collabration. Non receipt of Holiday stay voucher no. ITBC 1408.
During month of Dec'09 i have send the filled voucher claim application along with DD (demand draft of Rs.900) & given the options for holiday dates along with the places, Later i had called call centre innumerous times, waited upto 15 mins on each occassion without any human interface. All i get to hear is music & asking me to wait! If i call the main telephone no. (08040554800), i am directed to call the other no.!!
One fine day, they told they will be sending the holiday confirmation tour details in a day or two, but since 45 days i have not received any feed back till now. i dont think that these people & their organizations needs any approval in future, but who will see all these buggers are doing & taking money interms calls & DD.
I believe it is time the Govt. stepped in & put an end to fraudulent operations of companies like ITBC & Big City.
