This is regarding a travel i booked with KS Holidays with Mr Kuldeep (91-9650727851 or 91-11-49610000) also called plantripindia.com for Sri Lanka. I was given a very low quote initially but after i made the first transfer of 10k the quote was increased by 5k totally and then i made the complete payment but your so called Kuldeep never made payment to the agents in Sri Lanka and there was lot of harassment because of that. The company is total fraud and in spite of us calling from Sri Lanka to make the payments they never made the payments and then we had to make the payment on our own money again. When we claimed for the refund of money from K S Holidays we were refunded only 40k of the total 51.5k that we had paid and its been more than 3 -4 months that i have been following up with Kuldeep and accounts team of KS Holidays but nobody seems to answer or return back the money. They charged us very high dollar rates when we had to pay them and when they had to pay us back they put very low dollar rates and did not return us the package cost also.
Never deal with Kuldeep or Plantripindia or KS Holidays all are frauds. Also the worst part is these people were allowed by Tourism Trade Fair to put up their counters in Bangalore in spite of their fraud nature, dont know how.
Kuldeep is a cheat and so is the company they just talk well, nothing more.
I am still waiting for my money to be returned back but every time i hear from Kuldeep "i will return next month" that's it.
Please let me know when will you return the money.
