We have purchased a travel package from “Great India Travels” (http://www.greatindiatravels.in) for 4 nights 5 days for Rs 6999 on 26th June.
According to the package condition, the above package can be used by 2 couple for 7 nights 8 days at any of the affiliated resort / hotel in India.
Also one would receive the voucher within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch. It has been nearly 22 days since we had booked the holiday package. However have not yet received any vouchers from their side. Moreover the mobile number of one of the executives is switched off and the other refuses to pick up. The customer service number keeps u on hold till eternity buy refuses to connect to the concerned department.
