Sir we booked a package in make my trip., the name of the package is swiss paris deligth and our booking ID is INW1104B00377, AND we have paid the intial amount of Rs30000/- to wards booking and later on we appled for visa process. and they were asked to pay the money of Rs150000/- we have paid the amount of Rs 100000/- in ICICI account on line on the date 05/05 . later we came to know the visa was reject . the visa was rejected on 3/05. with out revealing the rejection of visa. trip agents were repeatedly asking us to pay the full amount . and we have got the visa rejection letter from swiss embassy. stating the rejection of visa . it was there unfurnished details which led to rejection of visa, later we asked them to return the money back . they were ignoring us.

2. rejection of visa letter from the swiss embassy
