I have booked 2 tickets (seat 5 & 6) through makemytrip.com for travelling from Erode to Chennai on 27th November (Monday - 11 PM). The Ticket Number is: PNKACOM11141. The booking was done for A/C semi-sleeper and someone from their office called me around 10PM and asked to wait near Brindavan Hotel, Erode. I waited there from 10 to 11.15PM and one one PNK SRT bus came and when enquired, they told that this bus is non-A/C and the A/C bus is coming behind. Then we waited until 11.30PM and one bus came which was very worst without A/C or anything. They told that this bus is instead of A/C bus, and I enquired about the refund for Non A/C. Finally they agreed to refund Rs.50/ per ticket and we get inside the bus. When we reached Vadapalani/Chennai and trying to get down, they are saying to get the refund from their office. The person in the bus was behaving very worst. I felt very ashamed of this travel in PNK SRT and by their service. During the travel, we get enough of bites from the bugs also. Paying for A/C and providing non-A/C worst buses which doesn't have a good seat cover, video etc is a very very bad experience. I didn't get the refund also which they promised to give also a very bad experience. I request to enquire about this with PNK SRT and I am going to share my experience with my friends and not to use this travels anymore. I want you to check this with them and let me know what responsibility they are taking for my refund and steps taken for ensuring that such things doesn't happen in future.
