Dear sir,
we regret to mention that till date no communication regarding our booking at darjeeling for our travel during june'2012 has been received from hello travels against my ID no. ID 16003565 and 16003192 till now I.E 24.10.2012.
No body even bothered to call me for the same. Whereas, I had made hundreds of call for the confirmation with no proper response from them.
We have paid around rs.12000.00 for two vouchers and all appears to be in drain. The big fraud is going on without any restriction in this way should be exposed appropriately.
They are luring innocent people with emails and tele callings offering them with cheap travel offers for 4 star property with noting to offer at the time of their requirement in the way cheating them by extracting money in advance.
Please take this matter at appropriate forum at the earliest so that innocent people like me should no get in trap of them
