Poor Customer Service

Our long-awaited luxury vacation in India and Dubai left us with bad memories. We paid "INCREDIBLE HOLIDAY INDIA" and "HTT HOLIDAY" for personalized service and attention to detail. What we got instead was confusion, poor service, and lack of coordination between affiliate offices and tour services. The tour guides in Delhi and Dubai were not courteous. We were not greeted at the airports. We paid for but did not get to enjoy a second night at the Movenpick Bur in Dubai. Instead we were rushed through exhausting tours with no time in between for relaxation and then were informed that our flight back home was that same night. Incredible Holiday India did not honor their promise to have the Dubai visa ready for my mother and declined reimbursement of visa charges. We were harassed for payment of services we had already paid. We missed local tours because of disinterest from your local tour guides. My mother did not get full use of wheelchair services when needed. We did not get luxury SUV transportation in Dubai.
