I made hotel reservations on www.cheapestdeals.com for the night of Oct. 2 for the amount of $167.97 to stay at the Astor Crowne Plaza hotel in New Orleans, LA. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel had no record of this reservation.
The hotel manager informed me that they had ended their contract with Telegenisys one year ago because they were not receiving payments for reservations from them.
However, eventhough the hotel had no record of my reservation, Telegenisys India PVT had alread charged my credit card for the full amount the day that I made the reservations on Wednesday, Sept. 29.
