Saa wont refund my money

Hello my name is kaveer, i am a south african citerzin, i bought a airline ticket on 8 may for my friend in india, due to visa, he could not come to south africa, at the south african airways mumbai, the girl name Jyoti Susvirkar -Supervisor, clearly told me we only need a letter and copy of passport for ticket holder, stating to refund the amount on my credit card, at that very same time in front of my friend rohit dubey, i asked jyoti if she needs the charge slip copy, she said no, everything is in order i will get my money back in 30 days time, after arrival in south africa, jyoti emails me and tell me that the letter is not correct, the she tells me she needs my passport and signature, not my friends, what a big delay, then i remade the letter, attached the copy of my credit card, also my passport, now she says she wants charge slip copy other wise i wont get my refund, now i do i give a charge copy slip when all the writing in the slip as been erased off of the days, other proof i have is my credit card statement.i am taking this matter up with higher level of management, i have all the proof of emails,
from that time i never get my refund,? E TICKET NUMBER 083 2119437426
