Cable not clear, no Trasmission

Cable not clear:-

I was complaining since 20.6.2010.that the cable is not clear buying no one has come to solve the problem. I have called them 4 times on their given mobile number but they always say that they will solve my problem. At last they given Customer care number today (26-3) and they locked complaint as number 39192.

Today (26/03) they are saying that cable wire problem you have to pay money 500/- then they will change cable wire...

Already we played installation 500 rs/- and wire also we given first time. Also they asking money for that .this is not for me also they are asking everyone like this only. We are using his cable from fast two years. From starting onwards the cable is not coming good. And I ask is manager for same issue .he spoke unpermenary words with me and he saying that they kill me or they having so many people with all they are plain to kicking. They are giving warring to me and also they are saying whatever you want do. Please do need full to me………..
