I am a sun direct DTH customer from the year 2005. i have recharged my DTH lastly on December for an amount of 1200 . its a one year package and has expired in the month of July itself when 5 more months are left. I tried to contact the sun direct call centre and its in vain since everything is computerized. would like to get a solution as soon as possible.
