I am a dish tv subscriber from 25.05.2005 onwards under VC No.01500225622 and now I opted for new HD connection. In this connection, I have sent an e-mail to dish tv on 17.06.2012 to surrender my existing Set Top Box (STB) and dish, since I am eligible for interest free refundable deposit of Rs.2490/- as per contract. As per the reply received on 17.06. from dish tv, I have sent a scanned copy of my receipt of refundable deposit to dish tv thro email on 18.06. and I was intimated that my details have been forwarded to concerned department for action.. Since, I received no reply, I have sent a reminder on 30.06. requesting, to whom I have to send the STB and Dish for VC No.01500225622 to claim my refundable deposit of Rs.2490/- paid vide receipt no.029004 dated 25.05.2005. Till date I have not received any reply or solution from dish tv.
