I have booked for a new Dish TV connection through net. I got a call from Dish TV (01206714100) within 1minute. The customer care people are well trained so you will feel like they are very good and if you got a reply in a minute how will you feel about them. Customer care people told me it will be installed within 24Hrs. I booked it on 2nd Oct 2010 token No:20533. Once I paid the money I got a mail as below.

Day3(4Th Oct 2010):
After this I never got any call from Dish TV as they got the money. I called M/S VAJRA COMMUNICATIONS (SF), phone 9390909999 he told no they are not doing this I asked please give some no so that I can contact Dish TV he told to see the web site.
I tried all the no given on the website not a single no is working all are busy 247. So i lost hope.
Day4(5Th Oct 2010):
I got an idea can I order again. I just fill the form in a minute i got a call for a new connection. I asked him the status of token no 20533 after 5 min he put me on hold and told you will get a call from our sales team today and it will be installed today. I waited till EOD no call nothing happen.
Day5(6Th Oct 2010):
As Customer care no never works i fill the form again. I got a call from Customer care and listen the same thing they will never say sales team no or to whom they have send my details for installation as they don't have the information. They will cut you phone if you ask any question. I try to fill the online booking form again and again to talk to the Customer care regarding my status. As they came to know me they never called me. So i lost all my hope.
Day6(7Th Oct 2010):
I got one more idea by changing all the details i fill the online booking form in a minute i got the call. Same story repeat. I never got a connection. I got some Diller no from them and try to call them they told no we are not doing this as they will not get any money as you have booked online. So till now I didn't got any connection or not able to cancel the booking as they will not do. So please help me what I have to do. To all my readers please never do any online booking for Dish TV it's better if you pay the money after the installation. If still you got a connection lot of problem will be there after that I have no idea about this. I choose Dish TV by reading one article over net. I will prove that the article is wrong.
I will update this if I got the connection.
