I started dish tv connection on 2oth july.2012 in accordance with next recharge due date displayed 20th aug. after few days it shown 18th aug. after two days it shown 16th august. today i got a call from dishtv customer care about dish tv experience ; i informed her about decreasing order of due date ; she told me that was done as per conversation with manish on 7489960617. i told her this number does not belong to me and my number is 9810970944 which i already given on receipt on dtd 20/7 job no 4843.
when i asked to the representative how due date changed she says conversation took place with manish on mobile no7489960617 for cricket channel.please resolve the complaint
