I have make a transaction using citibank credit card points redemption for booking run baby run (malayalam movie) on 18 September. The transaction failed but my citibank card points got redemened. Then i have another made my trsanction which was succesfull When i contacted citibank for getting back the redemed points, they said they need proof from book my show.
Please do the need full so that i get my points back
