I booked online connection of DishTV on 9th of Nov. My token no. is 187013. Before booking i called CC and they told me that it would be installed 5th day. But 8 days already passed and there not even a single call from them. They are just making fool of people. If they dont have enough resources and technicians, they should stop online booking or they should tell customers exact time it would take to install the STB. I called CC a number of times but i din’t get anything else than just few fixed words. They always say that it would be install today till evening or tomorrow morning for sure. But their evening or moning didn’t come yet.
I mailed to Nodal officer (Harendra_s@dishtv.in) as well but there is no response. Its like they are just concerned making more and more money by telling lies and making people fool.
On top of that there is no Appellete authority to escalate the issue further. They are just harassing customers.
I can't understand why Govt gives them licence if they can't provide services to the customers??? It looks like Govt got a big bribe for this digitization from such big companies. Otherwise there is no reason behind imposing this digitization on customers like this. Customer is suffering from everyside. Cable TV is stopped and these big companies are harassing customers even when customers have already paid to them.
I trusted because of the name “Zee Network” associated with it. Please let me know the procedure to get my money back.
I request others not to opt DishTV.
