My customer Id is 3003520943 in Airtel DTH. I am subscribed to Economy Sports Standard package, Rs. 254.69 pm. As per the package Star, ESPN was included in the said package. but it was discontinued from 1st December. When I asked to customer care by email they said that the package has been updated and i will have to subscribe star, ESPN top up separately @ Rs. 25/month. They changed this package without any consent or prior notification.
