I am the user of airtel digital service since 2 years. Last saturday my dish was damaged due to some monkeys. I informed the customer care about this i was given assurance that my query will be solved till next day. Till now there have been 2 vists of the technician but the fellow is not doing his work responsibly and went of making unneccary excuse. Till now there is no repair work done of my dish and the technician still makes useless excuse and delays the repair work. Sir/Madam am i a free man i have my own work i cannot call that fellow every day and simply waste my time behind this. Please do something so that they understand my work and repair my dish as fast as possible...
