I am Mrinal Pandya, I have recently shifted from Noida (UP) to Bangalore, and had requested a relocation (reinstallation) request to AirtelDTH customer care on 31st march.
I was given 3rd Apr as the installation date, which didn't happened. Then I again called up and got a new date of 5th Apr. as usual that also didn't happened.
And since that date, I am calling you customer care repeated for my AirtelDTH reinstallation at my new place, last friday I called up again and got your email address as well as the Srikeshav Ent., bangalore's phone number (I was said that these people are responsible for my area). But Now it has been 3 days and I am calling these people 3-4 times daily and they are giving me new dates everyday.
I request you to please look into this matter and take appropriate actions.

I had already recharged my connection for 6 months and outof which I have not used your service for last 20 days. This is seriously going wrong against the Airtel Name, and I can assure you that If the installation doesn't happens in next few days than I will take appropriate actions against Airtel DTH in consumer court, as the AIRTEL DTH is failing to provide me the services for which I have already paid.
