This is balaji C R, JP Nagar – Bangalore. We purchased Airtel settop box few month back. we are facing repeated issues due to signal problem, poor customer service etc., . now the remote control is not working and its so frustrating that we need to move to tv and change channels. Its so disappointing to hear that one of the top company like Airtel provide the poor service.
When we called up the customer service, its pathetic that no one is picking up calls. Always the response comes as “Busy”.
