I had purchased the airtel setup box in the month of April. This was for DTH service. More than 2 weeks ago; around 15th of October the setup box stopped working and there was no signal.
I lodged a complaint with the service provider but I was just asked to call up another 10 people to get it repaired. However because my subscription had expired I also recharged for Rs 500 on the 21. I was still hopeful that the setup box will be repaired.
However 2 weeks later, there has been no response from anybody and the setup box is still not functioning. I have tried my best but to no use.
I would either want the setup box repaired or want my refund. This is a serious problem for all of us.
