Hi,
recently i bought a sony bravio (KLV-32CX420) television with free airtel digital TV [HD] connection with 3 months of subscription. When I asked them for a airtel DVR (recorder), they have advised me to recharge my account for 2, 000 rs which i have done. Next day i called up the customer care to setup a date for installation, which they have agreed on May 17 along with HD DVR. But the guy just gave us normal HD setup box instead of HD DVR. Regarding this mistake i have called up customer care 12150 numerous times, but each time they tell me that back end team will call me back which does not happen. please look into it.
