Struggle to include a new channel

I am user of Airtel DTH service user in Indirapuram U.P, and my customer ID is 3002849731.

I am trying to add Paras channel in my package since 5/17 i.e. last 60 days, and have been unsuccessful in it.

At the first attempt I did applied it online and the channel got started. In a span of 3-4 days the channel got disconnected without notice.

Upon my investigation with customer care, I was told that there is a need for a Technician to visit my home to change some setting at Set Top box. Technician came after 9 calls to Airtel Customer Care, 5 registered complaints and 3 written complaints over email.

Now required setting change is done, still the channel is not subscribed and not coming.

Secondly when the technician came, he tried to fix a loose connection and charged us 100 Rs for it. Even after that the connection was still loose, and another technician told to replace the set top box.

After another 2 call to airtel customer service, finally a technician came and replace it. And now NOTHING is coming in my TV. Since than I have called that guy (Mahender) over 20 times in last 2 days.

I am total frustrated with the service Airtel has given to me. It seems like I am they are just making fake commitments which has no foundation.

I never expected such a pathetic treatment by private sector company, which tried claims to be India's best.
