Threatening to stop DTHservices

My Airtel Cust. ID is 3001650579, for AIRTEL DTH SERVICES.

I have subscribed Rs.-in total, for MEGA PACK for 6Months, on 1st July (ending on 31st Dec).

I am getting SMSs since 15 days, that services will be stopped on 10th Sept in my registered mobile.

Now, today, on 12 Sept throughout the day, a message box appearing on my TV screen "your account

balance is low, RECHARGE with Rs.310/- and get Rs.15/- as BONUS".

I have reported the matter to M/s. AIRTEL, on 1st Sept through Email. Reply of same made by them, that they will inform me accordingly. Their complaint Ref No:11525425 Dtd.01Sept not attended by them.

Kindly advice, how can I get rid of the matter?
